Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Induction: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures, and provide coaching to managers and employees on performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, and other issues. Coordinate employee activities and programs.
- Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving employee issues through effective communication, counseling, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
- Internal Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through various job portals.
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, manage the offboarding process, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Payroll & Compliance: Handle payroll processing and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation Management: Monitor and create salary structures, ensuring they comply with regulatory guidelines.
- HRMS Management: Oversee the use of HR management systems.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records (personal info, attendance, performance evaluations, etc.).
- HR Policies: Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and uphold ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources
- HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency with HR software applications like HRMS, ATS, etc.
- Solid understanding of payroll and HR compliance
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
