Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to recommend tailored Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Lead end-to-end Atlassian implementations, from planning to deployment.
• Optimize workflows, processes, and permissions for enhanced team productivity.
• Serve as the Atlassian expert, advising on best practices and advanced configurations.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party tools for streamlined workflows.
• Deliver training and workshops to empower clients and teams on Atlassian tools.
• Keep clients updated on Atlassian features and align them with business goals.
• Document configurations and customizations for scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate to create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics aligned with objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• Expert in configuring Jira workflows, service desk setups, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Experience customizing and integrating Atlassian solutions with add-ons and third-party apps.
• Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and design effective solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Groovy, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-600, ACP-400) are desirable.
• Preference wil be given to candidates who can speak Arabic.
